Instant purchase bug

Hello, I'm having a problem when I create an ad and I don't want to put my item up for auction but at a specific price for immediate purchase, the immediate purchase box automatically gets disabled and the auction option gets activated. Do you have any idea where this problem could come from?
Thanks
