Hello, So I submitted a return request for an order, I bought my label on the Ebay platform and I sent my package, it has been picked up by the carrier, I have the tracking number and the process is underway, my package should arrive at its destination, so far so good, but when I want to confirm my return on the Ebay platform it is impossible to do so, the following message appears "The specified carrier is not valid or cannot be used for this return" I informed the seller by email that I had sent back my order and gave them the tracking number.
