March 3 bug: promotion not visible in the counter
Summary: l_oiseaurare is having a problem with the visibility of their promotion quota on a site, receiving an error message when viewing it. They are also having trouble contacting support. francexpressdeal replies that the display issue has been resolved.
Good evening, currently and until March 3, 2025, a promotion for certain sellers is underway; unfortunately, this is what I read when I try to find out how much I have left on the quota the site gave me: "[object Object]A problem occurred. The following information cannot be displayed.: Promotional offers. Please try again later."
So the problem is that we don't know where we stand with the count!? In addition, I am trying to contact the site and emails are not possible, I am asked to request a callback but it is 8:30 p.m. and the service is closed?! What should one make of this operation that we cannot check or control?

effectivement il y a eu un soucis d'affichage de la fenêtre "offres promotionnelles", mais cela vient de revenir à la normale.
