Bug on the return slip
Summary: axiale_t ran into a problem with a defective return slip, showing an error message instead of a prepaid return label. One participant suggested sending the package via a carrier by filling out a shipping form. axiale_t then said that a new valid label had been received from the seller, which solved the problem.
Hello,
following a defective item received, I get a return slip to print, but this PDF slip is bugged; instead of having a prepaid return slip, I have an error message in the PDF:
" there appaears to be a problem with this label wich need some help to be fixed..."
Since the case is not listed, no eBay contact is available to obtain a resolution for the bugged issuance of this return slip.
How can I contact eBay and get a valid return label, knowing that a new request through this order is impossible because the return is marked as already requested and accepted.

To simplify everything...
- go to the carrier (the post office or another one...) ask to send the package... you’ll fill out the shipping form, pay and send.... include the tracking number in the return request..
A return form = a shipping form...
If you can insure the package with a flat-rate or ad valorem.. that’s even better...
No shipping without tracking...
