I am contacting you urgently regarding my eBay account in the name of Jose Pereira and my ongoing case number 2******.
I confirm in writing that my account was the victim of an intrusion by a third party. A fake bid was placed without my knowledge and without my authorization on the Mercedes item bearing number 156926731734.
I never intended to buy this Mercedes cable. This is fraudulent activity following the hacking of my login details.
I have just been contacted by your customer service by phone following my request for help, but the advisor spoke only German. Because of the language barrier, it was totally impossible for us to understand each other and no solution could be validated.
That is why I am expressly asking you through this written message to:
Immediately cancel this fraudulent bid so that I am not charged for this order that I did not place. Permanently secure my eBay account. Confirm back by email, in French, that my request has been handled.

Since you are registered in Switzerland, you depend on ebay .ch customer service, which is indeed in German.
You will need to find someone around you who could translate or find a help section by email to use a translator.
