Problem with a parcel return in Germany
The seller never went to pick it up and the parcel was sent back to me
Bought in Germany from a Chinese seller
In our exchanges about the return costs from Germany to France, he keeps answering questions that have nothing to do with the ones I ask him
Need information or help to get out of this seller

If you got refunded, maybe you should have refused the package and the return shipping fees, and thus left the parcel with the carrier ..
I doubt that eBay will reimburse you for these costs 🥴

I was refunded by eBay
But the seller did not pick up the package that was returned to me and I
find myself having to pay the sum of around 32 EUR even though I paid
less than 10 euros for the return as agreed with eBay

Did you open a return request on eBay?
Return for what reason?
Was it the return address provided by the seller?

OP2 years agoI followed the process with eBay, who refunded me for the cameras
The seller did not pick them up at the pickup point I communicated to him
several times
The seller never gave me his email address
The package was sent back to my home and I am left with 32 euros in return
fees
