Cancelation of a bid for false reasons

I placed a bid and was really commited to proceed till the end. The description of the sale did not contain restrictions regarding delivery outside of Germany, however, in the middle of the process the seller added a comment that he would not ship anywhere otside of Germany. I pointed out to him through a message that his behavior is likely to be unfair. I return he canceled my bid stating that my identity could not be verified, although I have 100% positive rating on Ebay.
What shall I do to fix the situation?

You are on the ebay FRANCE forum....
= nothing to be done here, the seller is free to sell to whoever they want and to set their sales conditions (they could very well have canceled the transaction after the auction ended).
