Hello,
I need to return an item. The shipping label provided by Ebay is for Fedex. Unfortunately, all the pickup point addresses I found do not accept Fedex returns. How can I arrange another carrier?

It’s not just Fedex that delivers parcels in Japan...
La Poste via Colissimo does too...
Let your seller know that the FEDEX carrier is far from you and that the item will be delivered by tracked Colissimo, which you will recommend up to its value + shipping costs.

you need to go to a Fedex pickup point.
Search Google for those pickup points near you.
If you can't find any, check with the seller which delivery method they accept.
