Hello, I bought a noise-cancelling headset with FM radio, but you had to use a mobile phone to get the radio, which didn't suit me, so I requested a return and sent the headset in question via Mondial Relay. The seller did not pick it up, so I did not get a refund and the package was returned to me and is waiting for me at the relay point. How should I proceed? The return request had been accepted and the seller had the information for collecting the returned package. Thank you
