However, you can follow up on this review by giving a quick summary of what happened... that can only lessen its impact if your seller’s profile is looked into, although it is already weighed down by other negatives......

Too late: the seller only had 30 days from the feedback submission date to send you a request to revise the feedback.
It’s no longer possible now to remove/modify this negative feedback.
All you can do is add an additional comment, which will appear under the feedback:
