The return of the package is finished by Chronopost CC079649903FR and eBay says they detected nothing. I end up being forced to take eBay to court because the return has been finished since June 4. eBay refuses to refund me. Worst of all, there is a bug for sending a document with their Upload procedure.
I can provide any information that exists by opening a dispute and they will be closed on the pretext that nothing is in conflict with the rules, even though I am not talking about that. Because it's an AI that doesn't understand things.

"ebay says they didn't detect anything"
which means nothing...
What exactly is ebay basing EXACTLY on to not refund you when tracking shows the return was delivered?
Did you challenge ebay's decision?

please tell us exactly what eBay customer service said.
Saying that tracking is not "relevant" makes no sense in this case.
As for the delivery time, it's 2:53 p.m., but it doesn't matter.

"I disputed a charge and it gives a red-end message that forbids me from doing it."
So you hadn’t actually made a dispute... And of course, we’re supposed to guess what that message means...
At this stage, the best thing to do is to deal with your issue directly with customer service.
At least they already have all the information you’re having so much trouble communicating.
