in which case, ebay won’t be able to do anything to help you...
- contact your ISP for more details...

have you tried on another browser?
If that works, clear the cache and cookies of the browser that's causing the problem and log back in.

when you say "unable to log in ", do you have access to the site and is it when entering your login details that you're having trouble?
Do you get an error message and if so, which one?
Or do you not have access to the site at all?
Because since you're posting on the forum, you must be logged into the site with the username sttely_dan_76
