hello i would like change the country because now im living in poland.and in my profile here the adress still in france and really im trying to change but its not esy, also i would like to change my profile to busniss profile because i already have a polish company

Open a new account in Poland, since in any case it isn't possible to turn a personal account into a pro account (not to mention that changing country has always been problematic on eBay, and on top of that you have a 0 profile with neutral feedback).
