Hello, someone bought an item from me, originally by tracked letter, but in the end an agreement was reached for a hand-to-hand exchange. I was able to give him the item face to face, but on his side on his phone he wasn't able to complete the sale. What should I do? Because the funds are currently blocked in my eBay wallet Thanks
We never do hand delivery for a purchase made with shipping: you should have canceled the transaction and made a new one, especially for that amount (especially since you had offered local pickup in the listing, so the buyer's approach is therefore "questionable").

Here’s what the T&Cs say:
https://www.ebay.fr/help/selling/shipping-items/setting-shipping-options/local-pickup?id=4181&st=3&pos=1&query=Proposer%20la%20remise%20en%20mains%20propres&intent=remise%20en%20mains%20propres&lucenceai=lucenceai&docId=HELP1136#section4
"ask the buyer to sign a copy of the eBay purchase order at the time of the handover"
I hope that’s what you did...
