Change of sending method
The purchased item has been paid for, as well as the shipping costs. In agreement with the buyer, we would prefer to arrange an in-person handoff. Is that possible?

Yes, it's possible.
Have your buyer sign a document stating that they have indeed received the purchased item and have checked its condition, to avoid any possible dispute.
