Change of sending method
A buyer changed the delivery method
Instead of Mondial Relay, he activated Colissimo without asking me beforehand, Colissimo is 2x more expensive (even though he himself ships via Mondial Relay in his sales...)
How is that possible, it’s never happened to me

A buyer doesn’t have the ability to modify anything that isn’t already offered in the listing.
However, your listing mentions only one possible shipping method: Colissimo at €12.
This can only be an error on your part when creating the listing.
The buyer did indeed pay €12 for shipping
