Unwanted change of item category
Summary: tehos is encountering a problem when putting items up for sale, where the chosen category is automatically changed once the listing is published, switching to 'Old Books'. When they try to correct the category, the information entered often disappears, requiring them to enter it again. Sometimes when I list an item for sale, the category is automatically changed. It goes from Books/Comics, comics or manga... to Antiquarian books once the listing is published. Yet that’s not the category chosen when creating the listing.
And when I edit the published listing to put the correct category back, most of the information entered has disappeared and everything has to be filled in again. And quite often, the category change is not taken into account, even after three or four attempts. I end up deleting the listing.
What a waste of time and so frustrating, really...
I create quite a few listings, I know I’m not making a mistake.
Has anyone experienced this problem? Is there a reason and a solution?
