Carrier change
I can't change carriers when I want to print a shipping label and I can't connect to Packlink, it gives me a 404 bad request.
Any solution?

Try going directly through the carrier’s website and forget packlink, which is a source of problems.

since there is a bug, it needs to be reported directly to customer service.
