The instructions below can be found at this link----> Respond to a return request as a seller | eBay

"Offer a replacement or exchange

Go to the dedicated returns dashboard.
Select View return details next to the item.
Select Send a message to the buyer, then Continue.
On the next page, enter your replacement or exchange offer, then select Send.

I can’t find the buyer to ask for a return and I sent the slip
