Hello, the seller did not send my order. After first contact with eBay customer support, I was asked to wait 30 days after the estimated delivery date. After this period and a second contact with eBay customer support, I was told that nothing can be done to refund me. The customer support advisor then leaves the Chat conversation without warning. Could you please take over the conversation as well as your responsibilities please?
