On April 5, 2024 I bought a vintage shirt.
eBay replied to me:
"The return period expired on May 12.
The claim for item not received is closed.

Please could you tell me what recourse I have?

On many occasions, I contacted the seller to tell her that I had never received her shirt and that I would like to know the reasons : she never replied to me.

It's max 30 days from the date of receipt on eBay
It's 180 days if paid with PP
