At eBay, everything starts with a racket...
As part of my registration on this site, I entered my EBAN as requested.
Surprise, I receive an email announcing a debit from my bank account, supposedly for having administered the transaction! In short, at eBay, it all starts with extortion.... I’ll remember this and will spread the word as a warning about this fraudulent method.

Mentor1 year agoThe micro-transfers (a few cents) used to verify the bank account are deposits, not withdrawals:
