Chronopost: incorrectly filled out email, no pickup number
Hello, I bought a book, delivered by express to a pickup point. Except that the seller forgot to enter the contact details so that I could receive the pickup code
I contacted Chronopost, who confirmed this issue to me in writing, the seller I contacted 3 times is not replying, he sent eBay proof of shipment, so my dispute is blocked, what can I do? thanks

Chronopost isn't able to give you the pickup code? 🤔
without that, the package will be returned to the seller...
"what can I do?" : apart from attaching Chronopost's written statements about the dispute, and their possible inability (?) to pass on this code to you, I don't see what else you can do (and I fear that won't be the cure-all).
have you contacted eBay customer service?

OP2 years agoYes, a dispute was opened, but eBay customer service blocked the process because the parcel had been sent

Contact Chronopst with your tracking number.

OP2 years agoSo, after contacting Chronopost customer service, I got a written reply: Your email address was not provided by your sender, we can't do anything. I invite you to get in touch with your sender to rephrase your request so that we can do what's needed

on their side it is encrypted BY EBAY (something like "memberebayxxxxxxx.xx)
= check with ebay customer service first thing tomorrow
(because testimonials like yours are starting to pile up on the forum, yours is with chronopost, but the problem is the same with a mondial relay locker drop-off, even though that carrier agrees to pass the code on to the recipient who comes forward)
On ebay all the info about the package being made available for pickup (even with the encrypted email) goes through correctly to the recipient, but as soon as there is a pickup code it gets blocked....
