QWERTY keyboard on tablet not specified in the seller's documentation
Summary: geohen-1 bought a tablet whose seller documentation did not specify the keyboard type. After contacting the seller in Italy, he discovers that there is no AZERTY keyboard. koalagris notes that the photos clearly show a QWERTY keyboard, so it is impossible to claim non-compliance. geohen-1 insists that several product photos were available. francexpressdeal explains that only the photos specific to the purchased product count in the event of a dispute, and confirms that the keyboard is QWERTY.
I ordered this tablet and in the documentation there was no visibility on the keyboard but the seller is in Italy so I was confident !!!
and so I contact the seller to find a solution and he replies no azerty keyboard !!!!
I don't know what to do the deadline has passed ?
best regards

Mentor1 year agoHello @geohen-1
in the event of a possible dispute, it will be the photos of the product you bought that will be taken into account. No matter the other listings...
However, as @koalagris told you, in the photos of the tablet you bought, the keyboard is indeed a QWERTY keyboard.
