Customer waiting for package delivery

I receive a message saying that my parcel is on hold pending payment of an additional amount due to an error in the weight of the delivered goods.
Yet there’s nothing like that on the Colissimo site, which tells me the parcel will arrive within the expected timeframe...
What am I supposed to make of all this?

It could possibly be a scam attempt ..

I myself just received a text message about an insufficient amount on Mondial Relay even though I have no transaction in progress 😉
