I closed my account several months ago now and I’m still being charged fees, how do I contact EBAY, I can’t figure out how to do it, need help with a claim about this.

If you still have charges in progress.... this means that your account is not closed because of non-payment of these...

You need to settle your debts so that the closure can go through... If you had a subscription to a shop, you need to unsubscribe from it... etc..
