ATTENTION...
Great Britain is no longer part of the eurozone...
so here’s what La Poste says--->
"if you send an item outside Europe, you must complete the required customs formalities. If these are missing, your shipment may be refused by customs and therefore not delivered to the recipient"

the phone, you should have it in the order details.
You’ll also find the IOSS number there, and you really shouldn’t forget to include it on the shipment. Without it, your buyer may end up being charged VAT twice on import.
For the email, put yours.
Check out this Customs link, because depending on the value of your shipment, a simple CN22 is enough :
