SHOP TO SHOP parcel pickup code
Hello, During a transaction in which I am the seller, the buyer cannot pick up the package at a Shop to shop pickup point; a 4-digit code is being requested from him. He hasn’t received any email or text message.
Who provides this code? What should I do?

it's the delivery site that provides the code, in this case Chronoshop.
You need to call them with the tracking number. Regards.
