I sent him 3 messages, he doesn't reply. The buyer has paid. So what do we do here?

As for the transaction, you have no choice but to cancel it (the 2 sales processes are completely different)
Of course, you let the buyer know, and once he has given you all the necessary information, you’ll relist the ad for shipping via Mondial Relay.
