Lorcana D23 box set
Good evening, I sold 3 Lorcana D23 sets, I have photos of the packaging and the weight on the slip. The buyer received it today and says he only received one. Which is unfortunately false. Also, he is not opening a dispute, just making a return request, or asking that I fully refund him. Except I have all the proof.

Your transaction sucks...
- your buyer is a crook who takes advantage of the scam opportunities offered by bundled shipments...
For item prices that high (for which you make free shipments..) it would have been wiser to send each item separately... (with insurance too..) especially since it wouldn’t have cost the buyer a cent more... (you would only have lost a few €....)
I seriously fear that you’re going to lose your items and their value...
- the evidence you have isn’t really evidence since there is no approved witness (bailiff or other..) to back up your claims.
Try to see with ServiceClient how you can get out of this with this buyer who may not be on their first try...
