Coin sets
Summary: pou719 expresses concerns about the return of coin sets because of their age and wear. They mention that two French sellers are involved: one предлагает to send stamps for the return, which they find impractical, while the other is unable to issue a return label despite their experience. pou719 asks for help to resolve this situation. francexpressdeal asks whether the sellers are French to better understand the context.
Hello
Due to problems with the wear and tear of the boxes, I have to return them.
The problem is, one of them tells me he’s sending me stamps to return these three boxes, which doesn’t seem very logical to me? What do you think? Whereas printing a return label would be much simpler in my opinion.
The other person, for a worn-out box, also accepts the return but strangely can’t manage to print the label?
Could you please help me.
Thanks in advance.
Kind regards.
