Ask your seller and/or check the tracking on the carrier's website.

If the seller has received the package, see about asking eBay to step in:

or contact the seller..As already said, this is a forum and we have no idea where your package is..

OP1 year agoI don't have any return request, it's the first time this has happened to me. I took the parcel, opened it, and the parts didn't fit. I taped it back up with the same coupon, put it back in the same place. I know the carrier picked it up and after that nothing. I included a photocopy of the registration document with a note explaining why and how, plus my phone number. If that's not right, will you refund me? Please keep me posted.

"if it's not right you refund me" = first we'd need to know where the parcel is!

Check with the seller to see if they received it.

If you go about it like that, your package will never leave. Last I checked, carriers don't work for free.
So check with the "place" in question... There's a good chance your package is still there.

Helping each other is fine for a while, but here, you shouldn't push it..
