Hello, I have a buyer who has made several purchases. Once sold, I make him a grouped purchase. He gives me his address. I tell him that the packages have arrived, providing him with tracking history. He replies that he has not received any of the orders he placed. And with tracking. I noticed that a package was picked up at a pickup point in his city. Last time I sent it by tracked letter with a tracking sticker. It arrived in his mailbox. Proof to support it thanks to the history. He replies that he received nothing today. I ask him if that is the right answer. He replies yes. What can I do. Thank you
