Damaged package and damaged items
I recently received a package and when I opened it I noticed that all my items were damaged, so I concluded that the delivery drivers must have dropped the package just by looking at one of the corners, which is dented.
I wanted to know whether there was any possibility of getting compensation from the service that delivered it to me?
I can easily send proof.

If the items are damaged, you can make a return request to the seller because their packaging was not sufficiently protective ..

Did you note any reservations upon delivery? ("dented corner")
Because otherwise the carrier will not agree to any compensation...

OP2 years agoThanks for your reply, unfortunately I hadn't noticed that the parcel was damaged and I didn't know that I had to make reservations if it was damaged
