Have you received confirmation from eBay that the refund is in progress?
If so, in terms of timing, the T&Cs state:
"The refund is made to your original payment method and the funds are generally available within 3 to 5 business days. If your refund is made to a credit card, depending on the card issuer, it may take up to 30 days to appear on your statement."
