Hello, I’d like to ask for some advice about my current situation. I sent a package to Belgium via the relay point, but the problem is that the package arrived at the relay point on January 16 and the customer still hasn’t come to pick it up from the relay point. How does this work? Will I be paid, or will the package be returned to me and I’ll be able to put it back up for sale and of course refund the customer? Thanks for your replies
