Hello, I’m sending you this message because I ordered an item on June 19 and I received a notification explaining to me that the item is being delivered. I find in my mailbox a very light package and for good reason: when I opened it, the item was not there, and a mocking message in English, making me understand that I had been scammed, saying this: « Gift, Hope, You, like, It ! ». I am stunned to see the incredible dishonesty of this seller who refuses to reply to my messages, and to explain why I did not receive the item I ordered. In the meantime I have lost €70, and I would like to know what possible recourse there is ???, I can provide proof of what I am saying because I kept the packaging. Kind regards. . I obviously intend to go and file a complaint at the police station because this kind of thief makes many helpless victims and seriously damages the credibility of the merchant site, a merchant like yours!

in addition to what has already been said to you, based on the feedback you left, your seller has 1017 entirely positive reviews over 12 months and the only negative one comes from you. That should have raised a red flag, shouldn’t it?
Try to avoid making such inappropriate remarks toward this type of seller, who is clearly not responsible for your problem.

I think you’re blaming the wrong target...
It’s neither the site nor the seller that should be blamed...
but the transport company staff (couriers or intermediaries...)
If you want to take legal action... make sure you go after the one who is guilty...
