First of all, you should have refused it (if you were present at the delivery), and made reservations with the carrier...
BUT.. if the package was dropped off (without your presence).. that does not exempt the carrier from its negligence, nor the seller from delivering your purchase to you as you chose and paid for it... There will therefore be an identical procedure...
Contact the seller and explain what happened to him and do what is in this link------> Ask eBay to step in (for buyers) | eBay to avoid the return of a destroyed item... but the damage must be proven with photos.

·2 years agoHello ,
a damaged parcel should be refused .
Unless you found it in your mailbox ?
Take photos and send them to your seller . They are responsible for their shipments .
Regards.
