Hello, I am convinced that there was not a loss but a theft of my parcel. Indeed, the buyer on eBay indicates CHINA and when I prepared the label it says market drop-off in the 93. I never received any message from the buyer, after 8 days Mondial Relay would have returned my parcel and since then the buyer was refunded because they never came to pick it up. AND MY PARCEL IN DAMAGED/LOST STATUS, LOSS OF 150 EUROS, eBay sides with them even though the buyer’s location says CHINA and the buyer gives a drop-off point in France. I think that is not honest and eBay should have seen it. I thought that the location and the shipment had to be in the same country; they are in China and are asking for delivery, ghost buyer FROM THE START THEY NEVER GAVE A SIGN OF LIFE, eBay never tried to understand this anomaly. I think I will stop using Mondial Relay for good, not expensive but no security, we are in 2025, parcels are scanned, LOST, I do not believe it, there is necessarily tracking. I DID NOT GET MY MONEY AND I LOST THE VALUABLE CAMERA. THE BUYER IS KING and the seller here has nothing to say. THE BUYER SHOULD BE PENALIZED IF THEY DO NOT COME TO COLLECT THEIR PARCEL FINALLY!!!!! what world are we living in
