Hello, I have a package that was supposed to be delivered from England to my home in France on Monday the 18th, except that I still haven't received anything and according to eBay the package is still in England marked in Unknow Place...
When I click on "Item not received", well, it confirms that indeed it has not been received but I have no possible action...
The seller contacted eBay, but they aren't giving him any explanation and are waiting for me to contact eBay.
Except that their eBay guide doesn't lead anywhere, it's not up to date, so I don't know how to contact them.
(I can't put any photos on their damn messaging system), I'm supposed to "Ask eBay to step in" except that this tab doesn't exist, so the situation is completely blocked.
