Package ordered in England
Summary: sm0546_osg2v3runb ordered a package from the UK that was marked as 'delivered' two days after the order, which is surprising. madelodie advises contacting the carrier to locate the package and, if necessary, opening a dispute with eBay if the estimated delivery date has passed. koalagris explains that the package goes through a redistribution platform and that the tracking number will change, suggesting waiting until the deadline. sm0546_osg2v3runb decides to wait for a new tracking number.

Mentor2 years agoGood evening @sm0546_osg2v3runb
Your seller goes through GSP: they ship to the RU platform, which then redistributes the parcels to their recipients.
That’s exactly what they explained to you
The tracking number will therefore change...
Anyway, you won’t be able to file a claim on the site before the delivery deadline has passed, so please wait.
kind regards

·2 years agoHello,
you need to check with the carrier’s website, even if that means calling them by phone, in order to have them look into locating the package using the original tracking number.
If the estimated delivery date on the listing has expired, open a dispute for item not received and ask eBay to step in; a parcel marked as delivered after 48 hours makes no sense.
Regards.
