Defective package
Summary: onejcm67 is facing a problem with a parcel damaged by Mondial Relay and is having trouble getting in touch with eBay to resolve the issue. koalagris replied by providing a link to eBay’s help page, indicating a contact point at the bottom of the page.
I'm a seller on eBay and the parcel I sent was damaged by the Mondial Relay carrier. Today Mondial Relay is asking me to contact eBay so they can get in touch with Mondial Relay, but it's impossible to reach them by phone or email and there isn't any section for that. I've just spent my morning trying to sort out this problem. If anyone has the solution? Or if eBay could contact me because this doesn't look very professional and I'm wondering whether I'm going to keep selling on this platform
