hello, I sent the package on time but my buyer says he didn't receive the package and when I go on Mondial Relay it tells me that his package is at a pickup point so what should I do because the buyer hasn't gone to pick up his package and says it's me who didn't do my job even though it's him who didn't put his last name and first name when he filled out his Mondial Relay form when buying my item in his name he wrote the name of his Mondial Relay pickup point and I wanted to send you the proof but I can't import them into this message but the buyer in the conversation has them in photos you can consult the messages

To contact customer service (which I strongly advise you to do, since the delivery info provided by the buyer was incorrect the eBay buyer protection does not apply):

if the buyer hasn't gone to pick up their parcel > the parcel will be sent back to you
