Package awaiting shipment for 1 year
Hello, I placed an order for a mask 1 year ago, the seller has always found excuses to delay delivery but now it has been more than a year, the order having been placed on April 3, 2023, and I have no way to request a refund.
how can I get a refund?

You waited way too long to ask for a refund ..
On eBay ,it's 30 days from the estimated delivery date and 180 days if you paid with PayPal .
I hope the amount wasn't high because it's lost ....
