Package waiting at a pickup point after an item sale

Hello,
I'm asking for some advice, I sold an item on January 16, it has been at the pickup point for more than 8 days and the buyer still hasn't picked it up at the time I'm posting this message.
I looked at the buyer's profile a bit, it was created on the same day as the sale so no ratings have been assigned to them
I sent them a message to let them know the package had arrived, but no reply....
I'm starting to think this profile is fake, although I don't understand the purchase itself...
Now, is there anything I need to do for this transaction? What could happen, will the sale be canceled?

If you don't pick it up, the package will be sent back to you.
As for the rest, it will depend on the buyer's actions, knowing that if the package isn't picked up, eBay's buyer protection doesn't apply.

it’s up to you to do the thing once you’ve picked up the item, with a partial refund (item only), unless the buyer opens a dispute for non-receipt, which you’ll then have to contest for non-pickup.

OP2 years agoThe parcel still hasn’t been picked up, still hasn’t come back....
I have a second sale today from a profile created today, (same as last time) I’m hesitating to accept it....

after the 8 days have passed, the package will be sent back to you.
As for your other buyer, no one knows what his intentions are.

OP2 years agoThe 1st item was sold on January 16 and is still waiting at the relay point
Today's one has the same features, a fake profile.....
I had already tried to contact the previous buyer with no result, I think it will be the same here.....
