package in Belgium
I sent a Colissimo package by post with signature in Belgium. The recipient was absent, yet on the Colissimo tracking on La Poste, it says the parcel was delivered. The buyer is asking me to find the parcel, but I don’t know where to look for it in Belgium .Thank you for any help you can give me

You entrusted this shipment to La Poste: it’s up to them to investigate (3631).
It would make sense for the buyer to also take steps on their side.
