Return package due to incomplete address

I requested and obtained a return of a non-conforming item following a dispute request, so a return slip was sent to me for the return, and I sent it by Colissimo. But the parcel was sent back to me because the address was incomplete. How can I send it back with a new return slip at no cost? I asked the seller for their full address.
