damaged parcel
The package arrived very damaged, the buyer is asking me what I plan to do, everything was in perfect condition at the start, can I be held responsible... what should I do

Mentor1 year agoThe sender is responsible for the proper delivery of the item and its packaging .
To get compensation from the carrier, the buyer has to make a reservation upon delivery.
The buyer can make a return request ,unless they want to keep it .
You can offer a partial refund ..
