Package sent to the buyer living in Spain; the package has just been returned to me intact with the reason: "Incomplete Address" and "Refused". The address is completely correct, I don't know why the "Refused" box was checked and the buyer doesn't understand it either. I have of course paid the shipping costs for a Colissimo shipment to Spain, with no payment from Ebay into my account since the package was never received by the buyer ... what should I do? and for the buyer who is claiming their package, which is normal, and for me who doesn't want to pay for another Colissimo shipment.
