Package finally received
Hello, I had a dispute over a sale, the package wasn't delivered, it was stuck at customs. I refunded the buyer except that 3 days later he sent me a message saying that he had received the package.
I reposted the listing so that he would pay and mark the item as received, that way I would get paid, but no response from him.
He has the item, he has been refunded, and I have nothing!
How can I contact eBay or sort out the situation please?

If the buyer was refunded, but then received the parcel afterwards....
eBay won't do anything for you.
it won't go and take money out of a buyer's account.. it doesn't have the ability to, or authorization to do that..
however, the buyer... if they're honest ( ! ? ! )... should return to you the money that eBay refunded them.
